📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Monitor and maintain safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency response systems.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
Document and report incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety and environmental concerns.
Stay updated with the latest safety and environmental regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS, with a strong background in safety and environmental compliance.
Certification in Safety Management Systems, such as ISO 45001 or OSHA.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards, including RAH, PERMENLH, and other relevant Indonesian regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
