As an AME Instructor, you'll design and deliver dynamic lessons that blend art, music, and drama to create memorable learning experiences.
In this role, you'll work closely with students aged 7-14, guiding them through a variety of creative projects and team-building exercises. You'll also collaborate with other instructors and the program director to ensure our extracurricular activities align with our educational goals. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility to balance your teaching commitments with other professional or personal pursuits. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in art, music, and drama for students aged 7-14
- Develop creative projects and team-building exercises that align with our educational goals
- Assist in the organization and execution of extracurricular activities and workshops
- Collaborate with other instructors and the program director to ensure program quality and consistency
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
- Stay updated on best practices in arts education and incorporate new techniques into your teaching
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new instructors and volunteers
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, Music, Drama, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or instructing in arts education
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian education curriculum and teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Passion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork in young learners
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional experience
