As a Financial & Cost Control Analyst Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our manufacturing operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee COGM/COGS analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial performance and identifying variances
• Lead cash flow management activities, ensuring liquidity and financial stability
• Analyze financial data using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures and improve financial efficiency
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts to foster a skilled team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on manufacturing or a similar industry
• Proven expertise in COGM/COGS analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus
