📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customs clearance documents for import and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and fees.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations using the e-Customs system.
• Handle customs inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customs clearance activities.
• Provide support and guidance to the logistics team on customs-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Proficiency in using e-Customs system and other relevant customs clearance software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid customs clearance certificate (e.g., CIMT, CIPM) is a plus.
