📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels using SAP software, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely reorders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries, returns, and exchanges, maintaining excellent communication and documentation.
• Oversee the packing and shipping processes, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order accuracy and meet customer expectations.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in e-commerce warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• Proficient in using SAP software for inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
