📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct mineral resource assessments using industry-standard software such as Surpac and Vulcan.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive mineral resource and reserve reports in compliance with JORC Code guidelines.
• Collaborate with geologists and engineers to ensure accurate and up-to-date mineral resource data.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing mineral extraction and processing.
• Monitor and analyze mining operations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the mining team.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mineral resource management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mineral resource management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in mineral resource estimation software such as Surpac and Vulcan.
• Familiarity with JORC Code guidelines and best practices in mineral resource reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid mining license and certifications as required by the Indonesian government.
