📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Generate comprehensive construction drawings and documentation
• Participate in project reviews and provide technical support to the team
• Stay updated with the latest BIM standards, software, and industry trends
• Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM best practices
• Support the CAP programme by mentoring and training junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling or related roles
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Collaboration Format (BCF), Autodesk Certified User (ACU)) is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Passionate about sustainable and efficient construction practices
