📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of chefs in preparing and cooking authentic Nusantara dishes.
• Develop and implement new recipes to showcase the best of local flavors.
• Ensure the kitchen maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Train and mentor junior chefs to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to create a seamless dining experience.
• Utilize kitchen management software to track inventory and streamline operations.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to innovate the menu.
• Manage food costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Culinary Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative recipes.
• Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nusantara cuisine and its regional variations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
