📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist in food preparation, including pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow health and safety protocols to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee and food preparation techniques.
• Stay updated on menu changes and new product offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or café environment, preferably in coffee or food service.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for coffee and culinary arts.
