📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage the company's financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead the implementation of cost-saving measures and financial optimization strategies.
• Manage the payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including board members and investors.
• Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to drive financial excellence and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
