In this role, you'll engage in daily outbound calls to prospects, leveraging your sales skills and knowledge of our products/services to secure new business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, demonstrating our products/services and addressing customer needs and objections.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sales leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, insights, and strategies for driving sales growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the telecommunications, insurance, or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role requires onsite work in various locations across Bali.
