📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and review of investment proposals and reports
- Support the due diligence process for potential investments
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations
- Support the portfolio management team in the monitoring and reporting of investments
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitches to potential investors
- Support the team in the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosures
- Assist in the preparation of investment strategies and business plans
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for real assets and a desire to build a career in this field
