In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 10-15 staff, and implement fitness programs that align with our members' goals. You will leverage tools like ClubReady and MYOB to streamline operations and enhance member engagement. This is a chance to make a tangible impact in a thriving fitness ecosystem.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor fitness programs to meet member goals and club objectives.
• Use ClubReady and MYOB to manage member data, track performance metrics, and streamline administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as club policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at club growth and member satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for members and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, programs, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ClubReady and MYOB software is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
