As an Executive IT Network & Infrastructure Support, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT systems are robust, secure, and scalable. You will leverage your expertise in network protocols, security measures, and infrastructure management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
• Implement and manage security measures, including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network and infrastructure security.
• Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on network and infrastructure support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT network and infrastructure support.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
