📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform cell culture and expansion of stem cells using standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance tests for stem cell products, including Flow Cytometry and PCR.
• Analyze and interpret data using laboratory software and statistical tools.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Collaborate with the research team to support stem cell therapy development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for regulatory submissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in stem cell research or molecular biology.
• Certification in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques including cell culture, Flow Cytometry, and PCR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory software such as LabArchives and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
