📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist in the monthly and annual closing processes
- Support the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
- Support the finance team in budgeting and financial planning
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
