📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency response systems.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Document and report incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety and environmental concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest safety and environmental regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS, with a strong background in safety and environmental compliance.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems, such as ISO 45001 or OSHA.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards, including RAH, PERMENLH, and other relevant Indonesian regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
