📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Process and manage customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations efficiently and accurately.,Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.,Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team to improve their performance and productivity.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to track and analyze sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.,Passion for the travel and tourism industry and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
