CBQA Global Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Sales Business Assurance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our sales processes and systems. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and help to improve the overall performance of our sales operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.,Conduct audits and reviews of sales processes and systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work with the sales team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.,Provide training and support to the sales team to help them improve their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sales operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.,Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of our sales operations to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and business assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business assurance role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.,Knowledge of sales processes and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
