PT Inti Astrid is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
