📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to align production plans with business objectives.
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Analyze production data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the production planning team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the building materials industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
