📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.,Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Evaluate and manage supplier performance, including quality and delivery.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
