📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Manage and develop a team of account executives to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
