📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence.,Provide training and education on safety and environmental issues.,Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.,Work closely with management to identify and mitigate risks.,Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Certification as an HSE Officer or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
