📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and execute daily, weekly, and monthly menus.,Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.,Source and purchase high-quality ingredients and kitchen supplies.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and facilities.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
