📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Promote the store's products and services to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
