Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Managing and coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Leading and mentoring operational staff to achieve high performance standards.,Managing budgets and resources to optimize operational costs.,Conducting regular audits to assess operational performance and identify risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
