Hub Silver Mandiri is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.,Handle employee inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.,Assist in the organization of HR events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Support the HR department in the administration of payroll and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
