📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team performance and motivation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Report to the Regional Manager on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
