Minebea AccessSolutions is looking for a dedicated Staff EHS Specialist to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our workplace is safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly. You will work closely with our team to implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures, and to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide training and education to employees on EHS matters.,Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitor and report on environmental performance.,Develop and implement improvement plans to address EHS issues.,Maintain and update EHS documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations and standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different work sites.
