📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.
  • Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.
  • Valid food handler's permit.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
