📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff, to ensure they deliver excellent service.,Create and implement a daily menu and specials, ensuring they are in line with customer preferences and market trends.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
