📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
