📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of delivery personnel, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.,Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize delivery times.,Monitor and track the performance of the delivery team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.,Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.,Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or delivery industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of delivery personnel.,Good knowledge of delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and tracking.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
