📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update vendor records and contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements.,Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.,Assist in preparing purchase reports and analyzing data.,Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and supplier networks is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
