📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers in the banquet area,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area,Assist with banquet setup and breakdown,Ensure high standards of food and service quality,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure,Follow all health and safety guidelines,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or banquet staff role,High school diploma or equivalent,Familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques,Excellent customer service skills,Ability to work well in a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
