📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail clients.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Monitor and report on sales performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail sales processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
